HFA provides a variety of project management and public involvement services to the Wilmington Initiatives, which is made up of four committees. HFA creates announcements, agendas, and meeting minutes, along with arranging project and committee meetings, public workshops, to ensure effective communication between various project consultants and transportation agencies and staff. HFA regularly updates the Wilmington Initiatives Project Status Report and prepares illustrative graphics for public information.

HFA also produces a variety of presentation materials, including flyers, power point presentations, brochures, posters, and maps. GIS analysis supports project tracking and the development of presentation materials.
