Managed the community participation process and the joint maintenance agreements between the City of Philadelphia and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Conceptual designs that met mitigation commitments for the $200 Million Vine Expressway in Center City Philadelphia were also developed. The project also involved the evaluation of the reuse potential of excess right-of-way parcels along the Expressway.
