Sterling House,
Delaware City, DE

HFA completed the Historic Building Condition Survey of the Sterling House and offered recommended improvement options to salvage this historic building. Onsite investigations found the building suffering from many years of neglect. At this time, the building stabilization project is currently under construction, with HFA administering the construction contract.
