HFA assisted the Dover-Kent County
Metropolitan Planning Organization
(MPO) and the engineering team in
preparing for and conducting five
Advisory Committee meetings and two
public workshops to address traffic
growth in the Dover, DE State Street
corridor south east of Dover. HFA
prepared illustrations and displays and
hosted both categories of meetings, and
provided follow up meeting minutes as
necessary.
