Sports Complex Special Services District (SCSSD),

HFA is the prime consultant for the Sports Complex Special Services District (SCSSD) Consultant Team and manages the SCSSD Consultant Team budget through project work orders and weekly time reports. HFA also spearheads many special projects throughout the four districts by developing project ideas and priorities, researching task feasibility, and recommending strategies. HFA demonstrates a variety of successful communication strategies with the public and the SCSSD Board, including district newsletters, holiday cards, surveys, and written memos and reports. HFA plans and executes many highly attended community events throughout the year.

HFA provides SCSSD extensive GIS mapping and graphic design services, which are found on SCSSD’s website and sent out to residents. HFA also solicits public input from mailed surveys, which help direct SCSSD in developing and executing certain projects.
