HFA served as the public involvement consultant to this engineering project to improve access to, through, and around Rehoboth Beach. Responsible for the public involvement research, we completed the design and analysis of a written survey, which investigated citizen perceptions of transportation conditions and problems in the project area. Key to this project was providing strategic advice to consultants and the DelDOT team about project design and interaction with the public.
