HFA developed a stakeholder involvement and communications program to address community concerns about a new Public Works Yard facility and facilitated a cooperative employee move. HFA designed and assisted in distributing timely announcements regarding the relocation of employees to the new Public Works Yard in Wilmington. HFA also attended Project Team meetings and coordinated with a variety of city departments regarding the distribution of information.
