Delaware Art Museum Expansion Facilitation,
Wilmington, DE
HFA successfully assisted the City of
Wilmington and the Wilmington Art
Museum in facilitating discussions
between the Art Museum and
surrounding neighbors. These neighbors
were opposed to the Museum’s plans
for expansion and the conversion of a
portion of the Museum’s property into
a landscaped parking area and sculpture
garden.
