Coatesville Downtown Redevelopment Charrette,

HFA prepared the final report for the Coatesville Downtown Revitalization Charrette, sponsored by the City of Coatesville and the Knight Program in Community Building at the University of Miami School of Architecture. During the charrette, HFA completed documentation of stakeholder input to ensure needed information reached the design team. Preparation of the report included writing, producing graphics, and creating the report layout. As part of the report drafting process, HFA created and organized a list of over 200 potential Strategic Actions drawn from thirteen stakeholder meetings.  In addition to the complete report, HFA designed and produced a tri-fold brochure summarizing the charrette process and key recommendations for Coatesville sites, downloadable here.
