Wilmington Initiatives Projects,

HFA provides project management and public involvement services to the Wilmington Initiatives, an intergovernmental coalition to plan and implement multi-modal transportation improvements in Wilmington, Delaware. HFA provides support for four committees by creating announcements, agendas, and minutes, arranging meetings and public workshops, and ensuring effective communication between various project consultants and transportation staff. Preparation of project status reports and illustrative graphics for public information is also included in the scope of work. Presentation materials include maps, posters, brochures, and PowerPoint presentations. GIS analysis supports project tracking and the development of the presentation materials.
