Philip E. Franks & Associates (PFA) is a Center City Philadelphia architecture firm, founded in 1997 by Philip E. Franks, AIA, AICP, an architect and planner with more than 40 years of professional experience.

As Philip E. Franks plays a central role in both firms, HFA and PFA have a unique relationship. In instances where architectural work is needed that is outside of HFA's certifications, projects are transferred to PFA, a separate firm specializing in architectural work. This ensures quality, licensed architectural services for the client, and allows HFA to concentrate on the client's planning needs.

PFA has the expertise and experience to bring a variety of projects to a successful completion by advanced planning, thorough design, coordination of related activities, resolving disputes, and the preparation of context-sensitive design solutions. We at HFA are proud to have them as a partner.
