DBE Certification:
In January 2009, HFA received Women-owned Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (W-DBE) certification from SEPTA, a certifying participant in the Pennsylvania Unified Certification Program (PA UCP). This certification is recognized by all recipients of FAA, FHWA or FTA funds in Pennsylvania, including PennDOT, SEPTA, and federally-funded project for the City of Philadelphia.
