While completing her Master of City Planning at the University of Pennsylvania, Nicole J. Brown Ozdemir focused on community and economic development in both classes and practical studios. For two summers, Ms. Brown Ozdemir interned at HFA, honing her skills in graphic design and community outreach. She also completed a semester of courses at the Bartlett School of Planning, University College London, where she studied urban revitalization and European property development.
